If you are a user of the Zircel Tool itself and create and maintain your own applications, you are a so-called customer (“Customer”). If you are using a Zircel application by clicking through its conversational model without creating or maintaining your own applications, you are a so-called enduser (“Enduser”). The first part is dedicated to the Customers, while the second focuses on the Endusers.
If you create an account on the Zircel website, or communicate with the Zircel team, you may provide to Zircel what is generally called “Personal Information” or “Personal Data,” such as your full name, company name and email address or other information that can be used to identify you. You may be able to change the settings on your computer or mobile device to prevent it from providing us with any location information.
We may collect device information during your use of our Tool to be able to correlate device types and versions with problems which may appear. This helps us to identify a possible problem which results in a faster fix. This includes information about your browser and online usage patterns (e.g., Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, pages viewed, links clicked), and information about the device(s) you use to access the Tool (e.g., device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, and whether you access the Tool from multiple devices).

This includes information about your browser and online usage patterns (e.g., Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, pages viewed, links clicked), and information about the device(s) you use to access the Tool (e.g., mobile device identifier, mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, and whether you access the Tool from multiple devices).
Zircel uses the information you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all the features of our Service.
Zircel uses all the information that you provide or that we collect from Customers/Endusers to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our Customers/Endusers, to improve the way the Tool works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.
We use the information to personalize your experience while using the Tool as a Customer, including on various devices you may use to access the Tool. For instance, Zircel remembers your recent activity so we can recommend the most appropriate content for you on your next visit and provide personalized tips.
We use your information to communicate with you about your account and respond to inquiries. We may also use your Personal Information to provide you with information about Zircel’s features, services and other offerings that may be of interest to you.
Zircel uses all the information that you provide or that we collect from Endusers to help the Customer to understand and analyze the usage trends of his own-created application. This enables the Customer to improve the way his application works and looks, which enhances the Enduser’s experience.

Zircel takes great care to protect the information you provide us. We do not rent or sell Personal Information that we collect from Customers/Endusers with third parties. Not-shared data is stored by Zircel on its servers in Germany, hosted by Amazon Web Services.
We may use data which has been de-identified and/or aggregated for product development, research, analytics and other purposes, including for the purpose of analyzing, improving, or marketing Zircel. In certain occasions, Zircel may share this data with third parties to be used for research only. It won’t be sold. If we disclose information to authorized third parties to conduct research or assist in understanding the usage, viewing, and demographic patterns for certain programs, content, services, promotions, and/or functionality on our Tool, such data will be aggregated and/or anonymized to reasonably avoid identification of a specific individual.
Zircel may share information with our employees, trusted vendors and other individuals to provide services or products for us or on our behalf, which could include analytics, marketing and similar services.
Zircel may release Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Zircel, our Customers, our Endusers, or the public; or (f) as required or permitted by law.
Zircel does not display any third-party advertisements on the Tool and does not use third-party cookies for tracking. It may be possible that we display YouTube video content if a Customer includes such in his created conversational model. While Zircel-created video content does not display video advertisements, third party content may include advertising which we cannot control. Further, YouTube incorporates tracking technologies, which may be present in the YouTube videos embedded on the Tool, which may collect information from your browser when you view the video on the Tool, including device identifiers and/or cookie IDs. This information is collected directly and automatically by YouTube and its partners, and Zircel does not participate in these data transmissions. Zircel does not provide any Personal Information, such as user names, to YouTube.
At Zircel, we use Personal Information as needed for the purposes for which it was collected or where you have consented to our use of your Personal Information. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we store and use is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you discover that Personal Information or other data pertaining to you is inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date, please update your account information or contact us as outlined below.
Zircel may, from time to time, send you email (if you are a Customer) regarding our products and services. Only Zircel (or our vendors operating on our behalf) will send you these emails. These emails are essential as they may also contain valuable information for your further usage of our Tool as a Customer.
We want you to have access to your information as Customer, so that you can help keep it as accurate as possible. If you register and provide Zircel with Personal Information, you may update, correct, or delete your account and information at any time by reviewing your profile information and preferences on your account settings page.
To request deletion of your personal information at any time, please log into your account and select the Tab “Settings” where the “Delete Account” section can be found. Please note that your information will be retained in backup for up to two weeks.
We want you to have access to your information as Enduser, so that you can help keep it as accurate as possible. You are able to request an insight, a change or a deletion of your personal information by sending an email to email@example.com.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. For example, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Information to confirm your identity, and we may require that you create and use a password to access certain parts of our Tool. You should create and maintain a strong password to help ensure the security of your account.
Zircel uses certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information and other information we maintain in connection with our Tool. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any or all of the information you transmit to Zircel, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Zircel makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or similar technologies. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and will notify you of the security incident in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Our Service is operated and managed on servers located within Germany. If you choose to use our Tool from the United States or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that differ from European Union law, then you acknowledge that Zircel will transfer your personal information to the European Union for the purpose of performing the Tool according to our contract (e.g., our Terms of Service) and for any other purpose for which you provide explicit, informed consent.
